The walls so thin we heard the people in rooms on both sides.

It was conveniently close to Universal. We could have walked & saved on parking.
Hallways smelled damp.
It seemed more upscale than the rating suggested. Very clean rooms. I plan to return soon.

I needed to have ice packs frozen so I could do things with my family they took them and froze them for me.
When we got to the room I could not get into it with my wheel chair.
Staff was very polite and helped me as someone with special needs very well. The only thing that bothered me about the hotel was the size of the rooms and doorways. If I had to be in my wheelchair all the time I would not have been able to get into the restroom. ...read more
